Meet Megan

Hey there! My name is Megan, and I am a concert and documentary photographer located in Flagstaff, AZ. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in photography and a minor in creative media and film from Northern Arizona University. I acquired my documentary-style approach after working as a photojournalist and photo editor throughout college for The Lumberjack Newspaper, but I have always been drawn to taking portraits that capture the authenticity of my subject.

My career began at the ripe age of three when I got my first point-and-shoot camera and started developing my photographic eye. I grew up doing ballet, marching band, art classes, and traveling around the US with my mom on her work trips. I’m obsessed with exploring new places, so I’ve studied abroad twice and go on hiking adventures as often as possible.

I now work as a digital media manager, lighting technician, video technician, and general tech for an AV production company called Peaks Audio. So, if I’m not in the pit with my camera at shows, I’m working them from backstage and at front of house.
